 Abstracts submitted by March 26, 2010 may be accepted as poster displays. This is your chance to highlight projects and programs that have applied lessons learned from other service industries in order to improve patients' experiences and the delivery of care. Projects selected for a poster display will also be included as part of the conference syllabus and the registration fee will be waived.
